Shipping & Installation Policy
We deliver and install all equipment within our designated local delivery zones. A representative from your facility must be present during delivery and installation to sign off on the completed setup. Standard delivery and installation fees apply and will be confirmed during checkout or quoting. Additional fees may be required if the delivery and installation is not ground level or easily accessible. Please confirm any special access requirements prior to purchase.
For non-local or special orders, we offer freight shipping to dock or tailgate. These shipments do not include inside delivery or setup unless specifically arranged in advance. All freight shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery, and any damage must be reported immediately to the carrier to allow for proper claims processing.
Installation includes unboxing, setup, and positioning of equipment in the specified location. We are not responsible for structural modifications, electrical connections, or disposal of old equipment unless agreed upon in writing.
